Parmesan Shrimp

What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 pounds of raw, large shrimp (de-veined and peeled)

  • Garlic Butter (or regular butter with garlic powder added)

  • Parmesan Cheese (such as for spaghetti)


What To Do:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  • Line medium to large baking sheet with aluminum foil

  • Melt butter

  • Brush pan with melted butter

  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in pan

  • Brush generously with mea lted butter

  • Shake generous amount of Parmesan cheese to cover all shrimp

  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until all shrimp are pink


**Serve while hot with baked potato and salad for a great meal!
